NOBULL, an active apparel brand known for its ties to CrossFit, approached us to formulate a strategic eCommerce roadmap tailored to their growth goals and optimization objectives.
NOBULL wanted to continuously optimize their website through new eCommerce features, third-party integrations and support, as well as ongoing design and development – all based on insights derived from data and historical performance.
Our continuous collaboration with our partners at Dynamic Yield allowed NOBULL to deliver both “one-to-one” and “one-to-many” DTC experiences that help the brand form long-term relationships with their customers and grow customer lifetime value (LTV).
By using advanced recommendation algorithms that learn user preferences in real-time, shoppers are grouped by persona and shown relevant products throughout their onsite journey.
We collaborated with Yotpo to revamp NOBULL’s loyalty program with the goal of driving and retaining new customers for the NOBULL movement.
By adding tiers and additional ways for shoppers to earn points, NOBULL shifted their loyalty program to focus on long-term engagement.
After three years (and climbing!) of collaboration, NOBULL’s annual revenue has more than quadrupled. We are thrilled to have played a role in this brand’s journey to becoming a staple direct-to-consumer brand for fitness lovers everywhere.
