By using advanced recommendation algorithms that learn user preferences in real-time, shoppers are grouped by persona and shown relevant products throughout their onsite journey.
By adding tiers and additional ways for shoppers to earn points, NOBULL shifted their loyalty program to focus on long-term engagement.
