MPM Products originally approached us in 2018 to launch their emerging cat food brand, Reveal, on Amazon. Their other cat food brand, Applaws, had already launched, but became a key focal point as well only a couple of years into our partnership.
MPM prides themselves on developing superior and innovative products for cats and dogs. We work with two of their cat food brands, Reveal and Applaws, which are both made with the highest-quality and most recognisable ingredients.
UK-based MPM Products partnered with us to launch Reveal as a high-end alternative to their existing brand, Applaws. They had identified the fast-growing cat food category on Amazon as the right channel for launching the brand direct-to-consumer (DTC) in the US.
We built out all of Reveal’s content on Amazon, including their product listings, brand store, and A+ pages while also managing their Amazon advertising efforts. Viewing the success that Reveal experienced in their first year as a proof of concept, MPM soon had us start ramping up growth strategies and tactics for Applaws as well.
With decades of Amazon experience, our team has learned how to navigate the unexpected hurdles (which can impact sales) that selling on Amazon can present. This helps us realistically ensure steady growth for our brand partners, despite challenges that are out of our control.
Even during COVID, when Amazon suddenly enforced strict inventory regulations, we helped both Applaws and Reveal navigate these guardrails to ensure that both brands continued to see consistent and steady growth despite unforeseen challenges.
Advertising on Amazon has been a huge component of our work with MPM, and we are consistently testing new Amazon advertising strategies with Reveal and Applaws. Today, we are exploring expansion into DSP, and as an agency with a DSP seat at Amazon, our team will be able to own the management of this new channel.
Over the course of our long-term partnership with MPM, we’ve been able to lay strong, foundational building blocks month-over-month that have allowed us to consistently hit goals, achieve steady growth, and even support Reveal and Applaws’ expansion into new commerce channels (like Target).
