Tommee Tippee, a Mayborn brand, is a leader in simple and intuitive baby products. They sought to grow their North American market on Amazon with ambitious goals across their core categories.
We partnered with Mayborn to provide full Amazon account management, including operations, advertising strategy, demand planning, and execution for Tommee Tippee.
Mayborn’s goals were direct: make Amazon their growth engine to increase market share across their key categories: bottles, pacifiers, and toddler cups.
We tailored our Amazon strategy into two initiatives: first, over-invest in specific items to accelerate the category and launch new items, and second, focus heavily on select power (high-performing) products.
Our advertising plan featured “top of search” placements, adaptations to showcase key terms, targeted competitors, and a focus on introducing the customer to new products early and often.
Our partnership with Mayborn has led to continuous year-over-year growth for the brand. We achieved overall business growth of $7.5 million in 2018, to $18.9 million in 2021, as well as category share growth on Amazon in Tommee Tippee’s core categories.
