A Seamless Online Shopping Experience

Hershey’s needed a way to bundle products from different brands, while also allowing customers to shop online, at Walmart.com, or at their preferred Walmart store and eliminate friction from ad to checkout.

The Solution

A Digital End Cap on Hyphen Shop

Hershey’s used our proprietary commerce platform, Hyphen, to drive awareness and conversion. The brand used targeted ad campaigns across display and social to drive traffic to a shoppable landing page, Hyphen Shop, where shoppers could buy their s’mores essentials in one click. Using Hyphen, Hershey’s was able to recreate their iconic s’mores end cap, found every summer at Walmart and online.

By working with Hyphen, Hershey’s was able to deliver an innovative, convenient, and engaging online shopping experience to their customers while being able to measure the success of their campaign through unique metrics, captured on Hyphen Shop, such as views, engagement rate, add-to-cart clicks, and add-to-cart value.
