We partnered with FIJI Water to unify their eCommerce storefront and brand-focused website into one seamless digital experience. In doing so, we replatformed the brand to Shopify Plus, which included a complex migration of customer and subscription data.
FIJI Water has provided the world with premium, bottled water since 1996. The water is sourced from the island of Fiji’s ancient artesian aquifer, and then bottled for customers as, “The Earth’s Finest Water.”
We set out to design a cinematic, digital experience that would showcase FIJI Water’s iconic brand, visual identity, and rich history. Our UX/UI designers utilized vibrant photography, futuristic graphics, and subtle animations to bring this brand to life online.
We rebuilt FIJI Water’s technical architecture while replatforming the brand from legacy eCommerce platform, Symphony, to a more modern and scalable ecommerce platform, Shopify Plus. In addition, we migrated over seven years of customer data, orders, products, and subscription information.
We crafted an intuitive subscription shopping experience using Recharge to improve the process of setting up recurring purchases. The experience allows the customer to easily select the size of the bottle and quantity per shipment, as well as their auto-replenishment schedule.
It was essential that FIJI Water’s new digital experience reflected the premium quality of their product, while also providing a seamless path to purchase for new, returning, and subscription customers. By replatforming the brand to Shopify Plus, building a custom subscriptions program on Recharge, and tying it all together with beautiful UX/UI design, we set FIJI Water up for a long future of delivering premium water through a best-in-class direct-to-consumer (DTC) storefront.
