The Situation

Cora is a modern women’s wellness brand built on creating pure and powerful products for pure and powerful women.

Every woman is a force of nature and should be revered as such. Cora makes premium, organic tampons and pads, and with every purchase, provides pads and health education to a girl in need.

Our Approach

We connected with Cora in 2016 to support the brand’s expansion beyond online subscriptions and into brick-and-mortar retail. Cora chose The Stable because of our passion for their mission and understanding of the category.

1. Strategy

We identified significant opportunity in the naturals and wellness segment of feminine care and helped Cora secure a test run in 200 Target stores. In this test, we learned the existing segment was not optimized for the wellness guest.

Our team worked diligently with the Target buyer to adjust the test stores, giving Cora a fighting chance for the remainder of the trial.

In this new, realigned segment, Cora performed exceedingly well.

We immediately developed a comprehensive, full-chain rollout plan for all of Target’s 1,800 stores.

Today, Cora has grown to be an anchor in feminine care and is one of Target’s leading wellness partners.

2. Amazon

Following success at Target, Cora enlisted our team to position and grow the brand as the leader in organic feminine care on Amazon.

Collaborating with Cora’s internal team, we created Cora’s Amazon Brand Store, developed Amazon Marketing strategies for the brand to drive sales, and attracted new customers through Amazon Ads.
